Souza & Co. was founded by Karina Rose, a senior Executive Assistant and Executive Business Partner with 18+ years of international business experience spanning operations, analysis and executive support.
Her experience includes supporting founders, CEOs, C-suite leaders, senior investment professionals, senior advisers and UHNW individuals across international investment, financial services, consulting and the sports industry.
Working across demanding, fast-paced and internationally complex environments, Karina has supported complex global travel, board and investor activity, executive communications, business operations, leadership events and rapidly changing priorities, combining sound judgement, adaptability and meticulous attention to detail with hands-on delivery.
